Cindy first became interested in Hatha Yoga in the mid-70's
and studied with different teachers in the Plymouth and
Ann Arbor areas of Michigan. She soon discovered her own
innate ability as a Yoga teacher, and since that time, has
shared the power of Yoga with literally thousands of
students in Michigan and in Arizona.
Cindy has been teaching Yoga for over 30 years, and is
certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher through the Aura Wellness
Center in Attleboro, Massachusetts.

"I'm in my forties now, and even though I had a severe hip
injury as a teenager, I tried my first yoga class taught by
Cindy Gray. After that first class, I was so sore afterward,
